Orders & Custom Work
All Verity Whitman pieces are made-to-order and created based on the measurements and details you provide. By placing an order, you agree that all information submitted is accurate and final. Due to the bespoke nature of our garments, all sales are final, and no cancellations, returns, or exchanges are permitted once an order is confirmed.
Production & Delivery
Production timelines vary depending on design complexity and approval stages, with most garments requiring a minimum of 10 weeks. Work will begin once the initial deposit is received and design details are approved. Upon completion, photos and videos of the finished piece will be provided before shipment. Orders are shipped only after the final balance has been paid in full.
Liability & Agreement
Verity Whitman is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the client. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that all policies are binding. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
